Refund Policy

CertsEducation prepares its exam study material with care, drawing on the experience of professionals who work in the fields we cover. Our aim is to help you prepare well in the least possible time. If you use our material and still do not pass your exam, you can claim a refund under the terms on this page.
What the guarantee covers
If you fail the exam your material was written for, we will either refund your purchase price (returned to your original payment method or credited to your bank account) or send you another product of the same value free of charge.
Certification bodies can change their exam questions at any time and without notice. That timing is outside our control, and it is the reason this guarantee exists.
How to claim
- Email sales@certseducation.com within 24 hours of receiving your exam result.
- Attach a scanned copy of your official exam transcript or score report as proof of the result.
- Include your order number and the email address you used to buy.
Once we have confirmed that the claim meets the terms below, we process the refund.
When the guarantee does not apply
- Late claims. Claims filed more than 24 hours after you receive your result.
- Expired orders. Orders placed more than 40 days before the claim.
- Wrong purchase. Once a product has been downloaded or installed, we cannot accept a claim because the wrong product was ordered. Please check the exam name carefully before you buy.
- Unlimited-access packages. The guarantee does not cover 3-month, 6-month or 12-month unlimited-access packages.
- No proof of result. Claims sent without the official transcript or score report.
Deductions
A payment gateway fee of 2% and a processing fee of 5% of the amount you paid are deducted from every refund.

If a file does not open or the practice test software does not run, email sales@certseducation.com and our team will help you get it working.
