All payments made through this website are subject to these terms. Please read them fully before you buy. By completing checkout you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase and do not use the products or services offered on this website.

Product descriptions

We try to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other material on this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or free of errors.

Ordering

You are offered several options during ordering. It is your responsibility to read and understand them before you buy. If you have any question about a product, a service or your order, contact us before purchasing. We do our best to reply quickly, but we cannot guarantee a response time, so please allow for this before you order.

Refunds and cancellation

Our products are digital and are delivered electronically. They are not physical goods and cannot be returned. Once you have access to the material it can be copied to your computer, so an order cannot be cancelled after it is placed and payments are not refundable, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

Please read the product description carefully before you order. The choice of product is your responsibility.

Fraudulent activity

You agree to cooperate fully with us in any investigation of fraudulent or improper activity connected with the use of this website, including fraudulent chargebacks and false claims that a product was not received.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in delivering a product or service that is caused by events beyond our control, such as accidents, lockouts, fires or communication failures. If such an event occurs we will notify you as soon as possible and will still try to meet our obligations. If the event lasts more than 10 days, either party may cancel the agreement, and any service you have paid for in advance will be refunded in full.
